Elgin Ridge is 282 metres above sea level, so it seemed appropriate to name the wine by the altitude of the vines planted.
Elgin Ridge terroir, combined with our certified organic wine and grapes, that are picked by hand in the cool morning hours, result in an organic wine that has upfront sweet apricot and peach aromas with classic fresh minerality, pale yellow colour, perfect with fish and pasta.
Our 2015 Sauvignon Blanc has won a gold medal at the recent International Organic Wine awards in Germany.
Rich garnet colour, with aromas of sweet dark cherries, earthy notes, and a rich juicy palate rounds off this organic red wine with good balance in acidity.
Our 2014 Pinot Noir has won Silver at the 2016 International Organic Wine awards in Germany.
